The implementation of policy changes at the State level highlighted the necessity for collaborative efforts across counties to conduct a comprehensive audit of the State’s welfare payment processing. In response to a request from a local welfare fraud department, PSG (Prestige Solutions Group) initiated a modernization effort for the welfare reporting and auditing process. This involved utilizing cloud services to seamlessly integrate multiple counties, thereby supporting the dual payment reduction initiative across the entire county. Our advanced analysis methodology was designed to foster collaboration among various agencies at different levels, promoting a more cohesive approach across business units. This integration not only facilitated the efficient use of state social services funds but also established a systematic process for recapturing funds that were erroneously disbursed.
